"As we arrived, there were numerous branches on the roof and leaves in the gutters. As we entered, there was a very musty/moldy smell. We witnessed many spiders on the ceiling, crickets on the floor and even worms under the bath mat. The countertops were very dirty the upholstery needed cleaning. After killing the critters, we noticed that every window had huge spiderwebs outside them. We have stayed at many vrbo’s but this was the worst. We nearly left upon arrival and left 2 days early...

"Loved this sweet comfy place. Clean and nice decor. Were not able to get to roof top balcony but decided may be too many steps. We really had a nice time celebrating my husbands birthday. From Roxboro NC and always wanted to go through Chesapeake Tunnel. Lovely beach, good food. Hope to go back again. LOVED IT..."

"This house is located in the perfect location. It is steps away from the beach, and just a few blocks from downtown. The house is super cute with a lot charm. We loved the historical house feel with all the modern amenities. The owner is very responsive and helpful too. "
