"When arriving, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. There was broken glass on the bedroom floor, which was hazardous and unacceptable. "I’ve stayed here before and it was lovely; however this time was very different. There is no one who checks you in or can troubleshoot in case you need anything.
