Pool house is more modern and has large living area, full bath, EIK and downstairs king bedroom where a separate family or kids could stay apart from the main house closer to pool area. The location is very close to Town of Westhampton, which has a lot of shops and restaurants. The location also has supermarket, Rite Aid and liquor store...

"Had so much fun this weekend in Hampton Bays! House was perfect for a group of friends - many bedrooms, bathrooms, great pool with tons of outdoor games, and even the arcade room inside!
