Gather your loved ones in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and more, to create memorable meals. Unwind in the cozy sun room and catch up with friends and family or a good book. Beautiful property excellent location

This was our third year at this house and we have already booked next year. Property manager was very responsive. Owners are very responsive as well. Making memories (smores, pool etc. ) with kids and grandchildren. Granddaughter (6) loved the kids kitchen!

Peaceful and Clean

What a sweet special gift to stay in such a beautiful home. Our family had the opportunity to spend a weekend together for a wedding and we loved it. Our only negative thing we could say was that the water had a very strong sulfur smell. We would recommend bringing your own drinking water. Other than that, lovely place to spend with family! ❤️

Wonderful stay long weekend stay!

Really wonderful house that has all that you need to get away and enjoy the bay. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful - very conveniently situated with a quick drive to both st Michaels and Easton (and lots of great food options), but still off the beaten path and quiet. :) Loved our stay!

The perfect getaway

Absolutely beautiful, luxurious home and property, large enough to share with another family and our adult children. Perfectly located a short drive from St. Michael’s and Easton, and privately remote at the same time. Enjoyed fishing off the pier (the boys caught 2 perch), kayaking in the bay, lounging by the crystal clear waterfront pool, and sunset fires. We lucked out with specular weather, light breeze and sunny days. We return to our regular lives, well rested, a little sun kissed and perfectly content.

Fantastic Stay

The property looks just like the pictures. The home is beautifully furnished and the view from the house is spectacular and peaceful. We were a group of 7 friends (all adults) and there was plenty of space for all of us. The property manager was super responsive- had to contact about two small things and she got right back to me. Such a short easy drive to downtown St Michaels; Highly recommend staying here!

FAMILY FRIENDLY

I took my family, children and grandchildren for Christmas at St. Michaels. We have been attending the parade for the past 8 years. The Property was perfect for our stay. The open space, views, and location were wonderful and the commute to St Michaels and Easton were short trips. I would stay here again and would recommend this property for others especially with children between 6-12.

Beautiful Home on the Water

Beautiful home and property. Fully equipped kitchen and fun game/tv room for all ages. Each bedroom was comfortable and spacious. Our family loved making this house our home base while attending a wedding. We had events in Easton and St. Michaels and the house was close to both.

Fairly private with a gorgeous view

The location is fairly private with a gorgeous view. And it's close enough to civilization that you can get groceries/food delivered or pop into town for essentials. The house was clean, nicely furnished, with the basics to get us started. We didn't have kids with us, but they would have loved this house! So many fun games and toys. Plus, pool floats and kayaks. A tip: you will likely have limited cell service, so screenshot the WiFi and check-in information prior to arriving at the house.

Beautiful home!

Everything about this property was perfect! The bright and airy home, large property, amenities, and location made for a relaxing getaway, while still offering plenty of activities to keep everyone satisfied. I traveled with my husband, twin 2 year olds and in-laws and the house accommodated all of us without us feeling like we were on top of each other. We appreciated the kid-friendly toys/ games and large play room, which kept our toddlers (and the adults) happy! The house was fully stocked. We loved being able to fish, crab, kayak, and enjoy the pool. There were great restaurants in the surrounding areas of Easton and St. Michaels, both of which were only short 10-15 minute drives from the home. I highly recommend this property!!!

Fantastic stay for families!

This is a wonderful property perfectly equipped for large or extended families to enjoy time on the water. We were 4 adults with a 3 year old, 18 month old, and 8 month old and the house was perfect for our needs. For those traveling with children, the walk-in closed in the first floor master easily fits a full-sized crib. The other bedrooms are also spacious enough to easily fit a full-size crib. The playroom downstairs is nicely stocked with family games more geared to school-aged children, but just having a dedicated play area (that you can then close off to not look at the mess) was wonderful. We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen has everything we needed including large serving platter, blender, etc. It was also easy to navigate and the TWO dishwashers was a huge plus. The sunroom was beautiful and cozy with the most relaxing view of the creek- it was the perfect place to sit when you needed a break from the outdoor action but still wanted to enjoy nature. We spent most of our time outside on this beautiful property. We swam, caught crabs (a highlight for my three year old), went kayaking, grilled, dined al fresco and saw a turtle, frogs, a fox, and deer. In the evenings after kids went to bed we pulled out the solo stove and had a glass of wine by the fire, watching the sky change colors over the creek. Life is good at this property!!! All finishes are clearly brand new and very nicely done. Pool and patio also seem new and freshly poured. Perfect stay!!

Cleanest VRBO/ABNB I have rented. Lots of children's toys. 10 mins to St Michael's. Same to Easton. Well maintained house. We'll be back!

Beautiful Family Friendly Retreat on the Chesapeake

We were lucky to spend the week of Thanksgiving at Jill's beautiful home in Royal Oak. Our family of four was incredibly comfortable in the house, which could easily accommodate 2x as many guests. The main floor is spacious and open, and we spent most of our days sitting in the sunroom taking in the view of the water and the many beautiful birds that visit the yard. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the separate TV room/play room was ideal for watching the world cup. We could only imagine how wonderful it would be to return in the summer with the pool in play and time spent out in and on the water. Luckily, November days here a mild, and we enjoyed several sunsets at the fire pit, which was such a treat. We love this area so much and Jill's home is the perfect jumping off point for taking advantage of all it has to offer from the great restaurants in St. Michael's and Easton to the natural beauty of the shoreline. Or with a home this beautiful - just staying in and enjoying the slower pace. We love staying in rental homes for vacation, and this is one of the very best in the area. We look forward to returning again in the future!
