"This is a nice hotel. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I saw that needed attention was some water damage around the window that the air/heat is located. The curtains cover it and is probably why house keeping hasn't reported it for repair."

"The staff was SO FRIENDLY. Loved everyone we encountered. Kids had a great time in the indoor pool and the rooms were very comfortable. Paying to park is crazy to me. This isn’t a flyable city so that is so bizarre? Expedia sent me a lot of wrong information, such a the pool being closed (it wasn’t) and stressing that I needed to download an app and check in with contactless key. After 20 minutes of frustration and error messages I went inside and the nice people were able to explain to me that this is not the process at all. Expedia responded to none of my messages so it’s better to book this hotel directly! "
