"We stayed from 25th Aug-1st Sept. The property totally exceeded our expectations which were extremely high. The facilities are second to none, it felt like a home from home but in much more beautiful surroundings. Orchard House is very close to all amenities but secluded for peace and tranquility. There was a lovely offering on arrival in the form of a welcome pack, totally unexpected and a treat. The owners were friendly and chatted to members of my family. I cannot recommend this property...

"Plenty of space for 4 adults. The outside verandah was well used as it was so peaceful and quiet to sit out on. Three toilets to the property was a great advantage. The property is not overlooked. The journey to the property is along narrow lanes but with plenty of routes to choose from."

"We had a lovely stay at Curlew cottage. Appledore was a great spot and we loved the walks and local pubs, shops and nature. The house was as described and we had a very comfortable stay. The view from the garden, over the estuary was special and we loved spending time out there.in all weathers. Communication with Stephanie was easy and we had everything we needed.Thank you!"

"We were greeted by the friendly host, Chris who showed us around. We found Rosie's cottage exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of towels. The location was lovely and quiet and in a great position for visiting local attractions. We would definitely stay again."

"We had a great Christmas week staying at the cottage. The cottage was cosy with the log burner and provided for a very comfortable stay. The split of bedrooms worked well for us, we stayed on the top floor with my wife's family on the bottom. There's a large well stocked Kitchen with a big table for us all to sit round. Large glass windows from the Kitchen looking out to the rear and across the hills provided a nice relaxing spot to sit back and enjoy a coffee. Our daughter enjoyed the swing and...

"Comprehensive directions to the property which we found sparkling clean and spacious. Lovely lounge area with tv and dvd. Great beds and bath/shower rooms. Outside sit around the large garden table with a glass of something and watch the beautiful sunset across the valley."

"We stayed in The Stables - which was charming, clean, cosy and peaceful. It definitely felt like a home from home. The pool was great and used by us all. The setting is scenic and close to lots of things to do - wonderful scenery, zoo, boat trips, lovely villages, and cafes. Aidan is a very good host and really nice and friendly. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family. "
