"The Hyatt is a nice hotel, parking could be better tho.. Some of the bathroom towel fixures are rusty and the towel rack fell off the wall.. Overall very nice for off season pricing.. "

"The carousel was an amazing location for my husband and I to take a couple days away to rest and relax. We loved the ice rink and overall feel of the hotel. We enjoyed the games and the hot tub! The ice rink was so much fun! My only advice is to ask for a higher level room or corner if you are sensitive to noise. It didn’t bother us but the music was loud. "Overall the room was great. Clean, comfortable, quiet and in great condition. Free of bugs. The only issue I had was that the bottle of body wash in the shower was empty and even after I told them the first day that the hygeine products in.the shower were in need of being replaced, they were never replaced. Outside of that, it is a very, very nice hotel that I definitely would stay at again. "
