"2 adults and 2 kids at 8 and 10. Lovely home with a great little pool and excellent location with a marvelous view of the bay. Well equipped and AC units in all bedrooms. Close to great restaurants and stores. I would not recommend for families with very young children, older people with balance or walking issues or very tall people due to lower ceilings in staircases etc. Overall a really great week for us."

"Fantastic stay. The place is bigger and nicer then what we thought from pictures. Location is great with a short walk to the very nice beach, preferred by the kids from all the beaches in the area. Quiet and calm in the evening. BBQ is excellent and we grilled ever other night. The pool is big enough and very warm. Would gladly come again."

"Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The property was spacious, clean, and we had all of the amenities we could have possibly needed. Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and maintains a great home. We had no issues at all, appreciated its location in proximity to beaches, supermarkets, and food options. The pool was wonderful and the area was quiet. I would most definitely book this property again, it was a highlight of our trip."

"We spent 9 magical nights in this beautiful house in the most incredible location. We have never stayed anywhere quite like it. We spent our days swimming in the bay or visiting the wonderful beaches, then the evenings eating by the water and sitting under the stars! We feel so lucky and cannot wait to come back! "Don’t be seduced by the pool or view. There are no bins as you have to take away your own rubbish although they give your a barcode to dispose of it. There is no air-con and it is quite dirty as you can see in the pictures. Also no wifi in the property but we were told we could access it outside by using the code in reception but its really slow when working. The kitchen area was small and quite unuseable and also you are not provided with any cloths, detergent or tea towels to clean up with but...

"The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. "
