"Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting friends and relatives. The hotel generally lacks atmosphere and is not welcoming in the bar and reception area. Reasonable breakfast and staff were reactive to problems raised. However the general state of the rooms is very poor. Our first room on 12th floor had a rubber window seal hanging out and with freezing blizzard conditions it meant we had zero sleep due to wind noise and draught coming through the gap. We were moved next morning after complaining...
