5/5 Excellent
Best Hotel for the South Coast.
"Best hotel of the 4 we stayed in during our trip. Stayed for one night in mid-December on a trip along the south coast. We arrived around 6pm on the 15th, the man that checked us in was pleasant and professional, we received an Expedia VIP upgrade to a suite, 2 free drinks and Spa access. Room 202, which has to be the best room in the hotel, had a simply stunning view, brilliantly designed and comfortable room. They even added an extra of a card, cake and treats for my partner's birthday which my partner was so grateful for. I honestly wish I had spent the whole trip here. The jacuzzi in the spa had an almost mystical view across the bay at night, the barman whom we received the drinks from was humourous and broke out a fresh bottle of prosecco for my partner, extra credit for him. The meal in the restaurant was the best we had on the trip served by equally the best waitress we had, Thespina went the extra mile for my partners dietary requirements and was just generally very warm to us both. I've eaten in Michelin Stars with worse staff. Checkout was smooth with the same gentleman that checked us in. All in all 5 stars would return in a heartbeat."
