"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. It runs a breakfast and dinner buffet which is very reasonably priced (if you haven’t selected the half board option at booking) and good quality. The hotel says it offers parking but when we arrived there was none available in its car park . On street parking is possible at €12/day but getting a space nearby was challenging. "The room was clean but the floor was full of dust that wasn’t very pleasant. The bed cover left so much loose hair on the bed. The bad quality bed cover. Apart from that everything was amazing. "

"For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. I can highly recommend to anyone who comes with intention of skiing and being close to the heart of Sierra...

"The staff at the hotel were nice and helpful, giving us good advice on where was best to take our 3 year old. The buffet style food was ok, a little limited for choice though. The hotel was easily accessible from the main road and close enough to the ski slopes without being right in the centre of it all. The room itself was small and very basic, not what we were really expecting from the pictures on the website. It was fine for 1 or 2 nights but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. "

"We were some of the only people there, it was off season for this location so parking and the pool were no problem but you have to drive in order to get to any of the sites or attractions. Staff was friendly and room was big with plenty of space for a large family. A/C worked well."

"The location is nicely situated next to the slopes and convenient for people who want to enjoy winter sports. Hotel also has its own parking onsite with free valet. The balcony overlooked the slopes but it would’ve been nice to have chairs out there to sit and enjoy the sun. It’s hard to justify paying steep prices to stay here because it feels as though you don’t get anything back for what you paid, unfortunately.
