"Provided with a small evening meal which when leaving the bill was 800TL ! All electric went off at 20.45 until morning so cold drinks became hot and our sandwiches for the following day were ruined. There was no toilet paper provided. No swimming pool as advertised. On a plus the location was good"

"The reception team were great and responded to the requests we had. The gas hob in the kitchen wasn't working correctly, we managed it and chose not to move to another apartment shown to us as the one we had was bigger overall and had an oven which we wanted to use to cook meals. There was clothing in the washing machine and the room floor wasn't too clean - nothing major just lowered the overall standard of the hotel."

"This was a nice and clean 2 bedroom condo. The parking garage was underneath. Super close to everything. The unit was clean. Full kitchen! Not worth the price but it would definitely book it again. "

"The hotel was right at the base of mountain making access to the slopes fantastic. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean with a very good breakfast. The only concerns were the basement rooms close to the spa which had a musty odor. English was limited but that’s not their fault it just made communication a little bit of a challenge. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially, tea and cakes at 5 pm! "

"Katerina sarayı definitely exceeds expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the beautiful city of Kars. An iconic hotel thoughtfully decorated A perfect balance of comfort and hospitality! All of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. I don’t remember the name of each one of them but they were all professional and nice always ready to help and assist. Miss Melisa, Ebru and Mr Erhan were extremely helpful with everything! Oh not to forget the breakfast was so delicious! What truly sets Katerina Sarayi apart for me is Niko (the cat) and the outstanding service! I may have repeatedly emphasized on the service and hospitality but having stayed in many different hotels around the world I’ve never came across such a beautiful team! Looking forward to go back! Heartfelt Thank you to everyone! "
