Excellent value for money , nice clean rooms and good facilities . Breakfast was nice and staff friendly . Would stay again if in Eastbourne . Owners are obviously trying very hard to provide the best possible experience at a reasonable price and are succeeding .

Amazing staff, nice building, great breakfast. Play area for small children, lounge for grown ups, on-site dog! Close to beach and sights. Only negative is that parking is tricky with a big car, you'll have to squeeze through a 2 x 3 m opening to get into the car park
