The Beach House introduces a new and unique experience in short stay accommodation which we describe as ‘home living’. If the idea of a spacious apartment with all the comforts of home seems like a dream, then these ‘seaside themed’ apartments, carefully crafted specifically to the needs of the short stay guest with uncompromising attention to detail, will be sure to pleasantly surprise.

The Beach House compromises of 5 bespoke and individual apartments. Seashell, Driftwood, Pebbles, Sandbanks & Coral Bay. They can be rented individually or together, perfect for larger family gatherings.

Pebbles is a two bedroom spacious and comfortable apartment with a bath and walk in shower.

The master bedroom can be made up either as a kingsize double, or two 3' wide singles, whilst the second bedroom is a 4'6" double.

The lounge has a 51" flatscreen TV with freeview channels and free Broadband wi-fi. The lounge is spacious and comfortable and has an oak dining table and raffia style chairs which help balance the contemporary with the rustic, against a backdrop of a planked cabin wall carrying pale blues and hues with a definitive seaside feel. Even the kitchen is a joy in the pebbles apartment, subtle and stylish utensils, and the odd decorative effect, adorn the work surfaces against a backdrop of fresh new white bevelled tiles. this is a fully equipped kitchen and a full size dishwasher assures you of a more relaxing break. Other facilities include, microwave, kettle, toaster fridge freezer, juicer & cafetiere

In the Pebbles apartment the more you look, the more you see. The apartment is invigorating and a simple joy to be in. Whilst the initial senses may be those of space, light, comfort and quality, what finally comes through is the care and attention to detail that has been invested to make your stay as comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable as possible.

The spacious hallway features rustic oak to complement the nautical theme and seaside feel against clean white walls. . When eventually it is time for slumber hotel quality beds, down and feather duvets, and fine Egyptian cotton linen combine with an abundance of pillows and throws to soothe your passage into deep sleep.

The ground floor apartment Seashells is a one bedroom apartment with its own private entrance, enclosed white washed patio for alfresco dining. Seashells can accommodate 3 guests, one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, shower room and spacious open plan living, dining & kitchen area.
Driftwood accommodates 4 guests in two bedrooms, the master bedroom can be made up as either super kingsize bed or 2 3' wide single beds, the 2nd bedroom offers bespoke seaside themed bunk beds, shower room and large open plan living dining & kitchen area.
Pebbles offers a large entrance hall, separate kitchen, bathroom with bath & shower, the master bedroom can be made up as either super kingsize bed or 2 3' wide single bed, the 2nd bedroom is UK size double bed.
Sandbanks apartment is located on the first floor of The Beach House. The kingsize bed can be made into 2 singles, the 2nd bedroom offers bespoke seaside themed bunk beds. The living dining room has a juliett balcony
Coral Bay is a 2 bed apartment with walk in shower and bath, in line with our desire to make each apartment at The Beach House different, Coral Bay features an 8' foot solid oak breakfast bar as an open plan division between the kitchen and lounge. Thus Coral Bay has a wonderful feeling of light, space, and functionality.
All five apartments have recently been completely refurbished, all appliances are brand new, hotel quality beds, down and feather duvets, and fine Egyptian cotton linen
Located on the seafront side of the Town Centre just 100 yards from the doors of The Beacon shopping centre (formerly The Arndale Centre) ,and within a 5 minute walk to Eastbourne Railway station and main bus hub, The Beach House is also only 500 yards from the beach, and the pier.
The Beach House is also only a five minute walk to the Devonshire Park Area, home to the Internationally acclaimed Towner Art Gallery, Devonshire Park Theatre, Congress Theatre, Winter Garden, and Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club. In the other direction, to the east, The Royal Hippodrome Theatre is also within a five minute walk. The Beach House is a privately owned secure gated complex, with a fully enclosed car park. Guests travelling by car and wishing to explore the local area benefit from a wealth of locations to suit a comprehensive range of interests. Eastbourne and the surrounding areas are served by a number of very well respected golf clubs, which are playable all year round due to the chalky structure of the South Downs.
The Beach House is therefore the perfect location for your short stay whether for social, leisure, business, or professional purposes.
