"Terrible place to stay. Stay away from this place. The shack is very small, less than 400 sq ft shack. So how can you list it as “sleeps 6”. There is no way 6 people could be comfortable here. I would call it a shack, not a cottage. I can’t in the VRBO limited 1500 characters describe how bad this place is. The place is filthy & hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in ages. Everything in the place is old & in poor shape. The main full sized bed (supposed to be queen) has a mattress that is only 5...

"Had a perfect stay in the Sailor Suite over the holiday weekend. Came to town with 4 teenagers (a tough crowd) for a wedding and we were all very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. So much space, huge kitchen, clean and comfortable. My bed was super comfortable, dare i say better than my own at home. Nice area of town, very walkable. Wished we could have stayed longer to explore. Would definitely book again. Thanks for neimg a great host, very responsive!"

"We did not know much about neither the town nor the neighborhood before booking. There was not much available on the Cape, so it was the most suitable we could find. Location is not that great. You will have access to the river through the owner's property across the street, but to get to a beach or anywhere else you have to drive. The house has 4 bedrooms, but two of them are tiny. There is no central air. Most of the rooms have window AC units, but one of the bedrooms does not, only a fan....

"My family and our 2 dogs had a wonderful week staying at this house right on the lake. The house is right across from the beach. We had an amazing view of the lake and it was an easy walk across the street to enjoy the beach and go swimming. The host was very responsive and gave us tips to make our vacation memorable. The location was great because in addition to the closeness to the lake we were also not too far of drive to Cape Cod and one day we took a ferry over to Martha's Vineyard. Plenty...
