"A beautiful property! The lady that checked us in was super nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and while I liked it, my wife found the decor a bit odd with its use of unfinished wood furniture. The breakfast buffet the next morning was excellent (the spread and the service). The hotel location is also great and very scenic! "The entry to the bathroom was slightly raised and is a tripping hazard (we put a rolled-up towel in front of it to keep from stubbing our toes). Otherwise a nice little hotel in a quaint town. The hotel has a nice restaurant with homemade pasta which was quite busy. Make sure to reserve a table when you arrive. The patio in front of the hotel / restaurant got rowdy for a couple hours later that night (10:00 - midnight) with loud music and then someone yelling as they were shutting down."

"This is a wonderful hotel in a spectacular location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the views are sensational, the owners are very helpful, the food is very good and reasonably priced, and it is very well located for exploring the Dolomites (Tre Cime, Seceda, Adolf Munkel Weg, Sella Pass, Grödner Joch, etc.) The road up to the hotel is a bit daunting the first time, as it is narrow and curvy, but after the first time it feels perfectly comfortable. "Cute lil' studio....overlooking the lake. The lake views are amazing. We enjoyed our stay....it's close to the Sauris villages. The bed was comfortable. We didn't use the kitchenette too much..since we only stayed 2 nights. Parking is onsite. Everyone around the area if friendly and helpful....limited English speakers....but we managed :) This is a GREAT scenic area."
