On The Rocks is a relaxing cottage located on Lake Huron. Come enjoy the view of the water, the morning sunrise, and relax in the sunshine during the day or by the fire pit in the evening. Only 5 min north of downtown East Tawas. Quite, private setting. Enjoy the BBQ or head into town and let some else do the work for you. Just minutes away from the state park with a great beach and lighthouse.

Within a 5 minute drive to downtown and you will find amazing restaurants, great shopping, putt putt, ice cream, great beachs and parks. Don’t forget to visit the Tawas Point light house. Or head north 5-10 minutes into Oscoda.

Beautiful
The perfect cabin for a weekend getaway. Beautiful rock lined beach, perfect for watching sunrises. Great location to explore both Tawas and Oscoda. Easy to find. Super clean and welcoming cabin. We will definitely be back next year.

A Great Escape
We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cottage. The location is easy to get to, the cottage is clean and has everything stocked that you would need for your stay. The sandy beach and beautiful deck is a great place to relax. We would love to come again!

Took a long weekend with my mom to relax and enjoy the view of the water and some fall colors. This property is beautiful and in a great location. Loved the decor, furniture is very comfortable. Can definitely see myself going back!

This place has everything you could need! The outdoor space is absolutely amazing, views for miles, peaceful sounds of the waves! Inside was very comfortable, great spot to relax and play games! The location was also great, very short drive into town or into Oscoda. Communication with the owners was very prompt. Highly recommend this place!

This is a perfect cabin for a getaway in northern Michigan. The owners even left thing to make s’mores and other snacks. very thoughtful! The view of the lake is beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!

What a quaint, cozy cottage! On The Rocks was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I. It was peaceful, and listening to the waves of Lake Huron hitting the rocks was so calming. The cottage was clean and tidy. The furniture was comfortable. We highly recommend this place!

My grandsons and I stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. We came for a family reunion held at Tawas Point State Park…..just a 10 mi minute drive away. We are not campers, but wanted to be nearby. This was a wonderful stay…..clean, amenities galore. Thank you.

Just what we needed
We wanted a short get away just to relax and get away from everyday life. This Vrbo hit the spot. The best part of the whole weekend was listening to the waves hit the rocks right outside of the door. Wonderful weekend. Great hosts.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and it was perfect. The cabin was just right and very clean. The view was amazing. They have you covered incase you forget anything at home. We will definitely be back. Hosts were very attentive and quick at replying to our messages.

Beautiful view right on the water We could hear the waves at night with the windows open. The owners thought of everything needed to make guests feel at home. Great use of space, and a very well executed update of an older lake cottage. Hosts were super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Like a home away from home. They really did think of everything to keep there. Cornhole on the beach was fun. The fire pit right in the sand. Great location right off the main road. And not a far drive from tawas or oscoda. I will be back.
