"Our biggest issue was how loud it was. I guess the walls are paper thin. People walking down the hallway late at night and kids yelling, well it woke us up out of a sound sleep and we are pretty deep sleepers. Maybe some awareness about “After 11pm be mindful of your neighbors” type thing."
