"We booked the property to celebrate my Mother in law's 80th birthday and it couldnt have been any better. The sizeable property had everything we needed along with plenty of space for our party of 21 to spread out. The hot tub was a real hit with everyone and the games room fired up the competitve spirit in some. We had fabulous weather for the weekend we were there at the beginning of March, but not warm enough to use the pool! We were able to get out and about in the local area and recommend the Moors Valley Country Park, especially if you have children as there is lots to do to wear them out. Catering wise, we had a very goodmeal at the Three Legged Cross pub, which is 1 mile from the property, so easily walkable. the 2nd night we cooked in the house which was easy thanks to the great stock of pots and pans and the multiple ovens. On the final night we had a takeaway delivered in, from one of the nearest towns. A final mention goes to Timo who was an excellent host, there to let us in and show us around. In contact throughout to check that all was satisfactory and whether we needed anything. All in all, I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a large property for a group holiday or special celebration. I hope to return one day and use the pool!"

"Came down to Wimborne for a family funeral - we had the wake in the hotel. Everyone was looked after extremely well - all the staff were great. We stopped in the hotel overnight - room was clean, bright and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty to eat"

"Looks great from outside, and very welcoming from the start. The rooms are clean and spacious with great quirky decor and a very comfortable bed. We used the bar and restaurant during our stay and found the food very good and the service excellent. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. We would definitely stay again."

"Easy check in. We had parked elsewhere as underground carpark appeared closed but apparently you have to get a code from reception to use their carpark. Breakfast very good indeed. Lady serving breakfast is excellent at her job. Would stay again. Room 5 was quiet, could do with a lick of paint but very clean. "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expexted. Clean and cozy with AC to heat room if required.Good fun playing darts etc. Only downfall is would have liked some bacon and eggs for breakfast but the continental breakfast offered was ok."
