"I still shudder 2 years later remembering this hotel! Light bulb out, hairs in tub, dirty room, said would compensate me & never bothered to call."

"Reason i gave 1 star on the customer service,we stood in the office area waiting over 20 plus mins for someone to show up,i even called the number 6 times and it just kept ringing,when someone finaly showed up,she had someones baby with her that she was watching,other than that,our stay was fine"
