"A perfect place to stay for a night to recharge on a road trip.The room was clean and seemed to be remodeled from the last time we stayed there. The bed was comfortable. There was good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Check in & check out was all digital so cell phone or device is necessary. It's across from a truck stop/gas station that also has a restaurant connected to it. There is also a Dunkin donuts shop there..A person can walk across the parking lot to eat so no need to get back in the car once in your room.There is a room for laundry but we did not use it. Because of some trucks coming and going & I am a light sleeper, I heard some in the morning. "

"My husband and enjoyed everything about our stay. The property is beautiful. We saw deer and birds out of the back window. It was so relaxing to look out of the windows and see the beautiful trees and nature. The accommodations were perfect for two. We had plenty of room and had everything we could want. The decor is quaint and stylish. The bed was nice and comfortable. I enjoyed waking up early to catch the wildlife while sipping my hot tea. Bird feeders and bath to attract them. The hosts are so very friendly, inviting and thoughtful. They were available; just a text away and responses were quick and so friendly. We have zero complaints. We highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone coming to this area. Warrensburg is 10 to 15 minutes away and had any type of food you would want. We liked Fitters Pub. Good Ribeye. "

"Have stayed here a few times , it is close to where we need to be. My only complaint was i booked a king room and did not get it ."

"We had a party of 4 that stayed here. We arrived Saturday evening so we could attend the football game at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday. The house was easy to find and in a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Bed and pillows very comfortable. Clock in room. Clean. Breakfast waffles, french toast, bagels, etc. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, cold cereal, juice and coffee. Check temps. Outside pool. Good area."
