"Property is old fashioned but in pretty good shape. Property was clean and organized when we arrived. Check in process was quick and overall experience was good. Best part of the property is the balcony. You have 180 degree view of crescent head town, mountains and ocean. Looks fabulous during night."

"Good property,four adults and a child,it had everything we needed,been doing a week at Hat Head for 20yrs and stayed at numerous houses, chelsea has WiFi,two shrs,two toilets,clean tidy, good location close to beach,club and fancy new shop ,would book again 👍 "

"Great place to stay, close to everything. Good leg workout up and down the hill with back and forths. Neighbour (resident) complains after 2 or 3 days of noise or music. 10 or more people make noise when together go figure and it is a long weekend. Beautiful outlook on top deck for morning cuppa and breaky. Great space within the house. If not for the neighbour would book again. She ruined the vibe but if you don’t mind would highly recommend."

"We stayed there for a long weekend, the place is fantastic for a family with a great view on the Crescent Head beach. It really feels like a holiday house as soon as you push the door. The house was clean and tidy. Lynne has been communicating well all the way through the process. Highly recommend!"

"It’s right next door to the recently renovated shop which is super convenient - and it’s a short walk to the creek/beach. There’s not much backyard and no front yard as it’s attached to the aforementioned shop - so it would be ok for a family with little kids or like us with older kids who didn’t come with us! Whole house has been done up in the past year or so - so everything’s fresh and clean and new. We’re planning on staying in it again with no hesitation."

"Absolutely stunning property in a quiet area across the road from the beach. The property itself was well suited for a family. The only down side was the bedrooms down the back of the property needed an extra air conditioner as it was quite hot in the rooms. "
