"We took this trip in this area so we could travel north, south and east. Room was perfect for what we needed. A little difficult to get the room combo. You have to call a phone number to get the code. Other than that, pretty easy. Cute little creek the runs through the property."

"Cleanliness was good in obvious areas, but large spider webs and air vents were bad. Water damage obvious, musty smelling. Hit water in master bath dismall. Cigarette holes in master matress and butts on ground. Location was terrific "

"Our annual ladies trip turned out wonderful. The house was very clean, lots of room for the 5 of us with 6 bedrooms, Beautiful location with a very nice fire pit which was nice to sit out in the evening. The location was great, half way between Boyne City and Charlevoix - both cities were great to visit. I would highly recommend this house, plenty of dishes, cook ware to accommodate our group, as well as towels, etc. Owner was easy to correspond with, everything went very smoothly!"

"The house was great for a bigger group. There are a few things (grocery store, coffee shop, hiking trail) within walking distance. The water was great for kayaking but a little cold for swimming. I would recommend this property."
