We walked each morning up the hill to the convent and enjoyed looking at the older homes and gardens. You could walk into town from this place but we drove and parked along the street. "We were looking for a quiet getaway and found it! The house is updated, immaculate and fully appointed. It is well laid out with very comfortable furniture. There is a deck with a forest and a pond in the backyard, and a short walk through the forest to a creek. Very peaceful, with things to do in the area."

"Escaped Long Island’s noise, traffic and overall stress . Listened to owls, watched birds soaring, kicked up leaves and gazed at the periwinkle colored mountains while perched on a bench. Felt safe enough knowing civilization was near enough, would have liked a landline phone just in case of an emergency "

"The White Bunny Cottage is a charming place. It is beautifully decorated and spotless! We enjoyed making dinner and using the tableware and baskets. Perfect for entertaining family. The country setting was perfect. Very quiet. Grocery and wine shop near by. Easy access to points of interest along the Hudson River. I would highly recommend the White Bunny Cottsge. "

"Lovely in every way except loft area around bed. Didn’t realize I couldn’t stand upright. Was difficult to get around. Carpet could be replaced on loft. No idea it had such challenging steps to the bed. Cottage had a musty smell when first entered. "

"Nice little cozy cabin. Perfect home base for a weekend in Woodstock. Not far from town but quiet enough that I watched a pair of deer settle down and take a nap a stones throw from the back window. Perfect mix of modern amenities and rustic locale."
