"We chose this hotel as a great alternative value in lieu of staying in downtown Toronto. Driving and parking in Toronto is fairly easy with reasonable day rates so there is no need to stay at a downtown Toronto hotel "for convenience". We chose Markham for its safety and close proximity to Toronto. Hotel was great with friendly staff, clean rooms, great bathrooms, easy and free parking, and fantastic breakfast menu (for a fee)! One odd thing that happened is the hotel charged my credit card for our 2-night stay even though everything was already prepaid for by Expedia. When I saw this duplicate charge on my credit card, I called them to inform them about the mistake, they apologized, and returned the duplicate charge."
