"The staff were very amiable and accommodating - I was very impressed with there offer to let us have a late checkout, I realize it's off-season but it was a great gesture. My girl liked the place so much I book another nite. Highly recommend this place ....AND hot tub was great feature. "

"Rooms were great. Nice and quite. Staff was friendly. Food was basic every morning - eggs sausage patty, apple juice orange juice bread waffle oatmeal and muffins. Overall is was a fairly decent experience and the room was located right in the middle of Hyannis to walk around."

"The property was very comfortable, with an inviting lobby/breakfast space, and rooms that are thoughtfully laid out for optimal space, complete with rolling extra stools, fridges tucked out of the way, plenty of drawer space, and extra towel hooks and space in the bathroom."

The next morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast accompanied by the most exquisite coffee I have ever tasted. Shatley, our gracious host, ensured every detail was thoughtfully attended to, leaving nothing to be desired. The ambiance was elevated by a cozy fireplace, and the serene property, with its picturesque waters dotted by ducks, provided a stunning backdrop for a truly romantic start to the day. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard was only 5 minutes away. We plan to return."
