"The entire process was a pleasant pleasure. From finding the spot, to understanding expectations; from communications, to arrival and departure. My only qualm was with myself. There is a permanent resident downstairs, i had 3 kids so the anxiety that came with us making too much noise was real. Mind you, there were no complaints that i was aware of, however, i know they endured excessive noise down below. The hardwood floor were a symphony of dropped cell phones, t.v. remotes, silverware, and...
