"Beautiful woodland property that was a delight to be at. Erika and Keith have cultivated a beautiful space that refreshes the soul. I loved all the flowers! The kitchen held all we needed and the cottage was comfortable for a weekend getaway to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Great burgers in S. Royalton (at host’s suggestion) was only a 20 min drive. We ranged out to Burlington to rent e-bikes to ride along the lake front and causeway. Great food and shopping in the city. It is a remote location so recommend bringing some basic groceries if needed. Definitely recommend!"

"We have stayed in several VRBO properties and this one was in the top 2. It was a great location for what we wanted to do in the area and enough to keep us occupied at the house. It was very clean, cute decorations, great layout for a family of 4, the lake was wonderful for fishing and the campfire was perfect for cooking dinner one night. We would stay here again and recommend to others."

"We were up to visit my mom. For 3 days. This was perfect location. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was very clean and quiet. The host was very attentive to our needs and responded immediately when I had a question. The view was beautiful and the yard was gorgeous. Will definitely stay there again."
