"I ended up in Austin during a weekend with a ton of events. Hotels were fully booked and charging 3-4 times normal rates. This apartment gave me a place to sleep and keep my stuff and was exactly what I needed. The bathroom has pristine new features and the place was spotless. Nothing fancy but exactly what I needed and U’m grateful to have found it."

"A few maitance issues but we had no complaints 2 fans didn't work( master and living room) Only 2 of 3 remotes for tvs Also door is kind of difficult with the 2 handle system. But those small things did not prevent me and my daughter from enjoying the place at all."

"Was ok. Great location, good communication, everything functioned well and has everything you need. Interior is old, feels a bit dingy in a cabin sort of way. Not gross though. There is a bunch of large tree limbs in the back of the yard that fell on the fence and a curious dog could get out around one side , ours is not too adventurous so we didn't have to worry about it. Yard was overgrown, but not inaccessibly so. "

"The host was very responsive and available to answer questions. The bed was so comfortable! And the apartment was nicely done. Close enough to UT to visit with my student. We will be back."

"Overall, the stay was great, I did have a couple of hiccups, the smoke alarms were super sensitive, the washer was super loud, and the dryer did not work. :( . It was very clean, very central to all locations. I would stay again. "

"The extra beds were in the living room. One is a Murphy bed and we had no instructions how to pull out. The other is a leather couch, with no instructions. There is all windows in the living area so if someone were to sleep there they would have light and a view of the cemetery. The two bedrooms were perfect for couples."

"We enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and in a good location. The only issue I would say is there were no extra blankets or pillows anywhere in the unit and the master showerhead sprays super hard and goes into the corner of the shower and can't be adjusted so makes showering interesting. "
