The River House is a boutique tiny home on the river front of the Saluda with breath taking views- just 5 minutes from Downtown Greenville!
This is a perfect place to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate. Great for a romantic couples getaway, family vacation, or friends getting together to have fun. So cozy and picturesque. You will never want to leave!
Located on-site at Saluda Outdoor Center with river tubing (in season), Butler Tavern Restaurant, live music, paddle boarding, fishing, and much more.

The place was just perfect. It was small enough to heat up quickly, cozy enough to be intimate, and just plain comfortable. Was very happy to stay there and can’t wait to go back.

Perfect Balance
Right on the River but only minutes to get back into the City & the beautiful River Walk. The Cabin was the perfect size and our Pups had a lovely Christmas with us.

We had a fun experience! Enjoyed the access to the beautiful river with lots of places to sit and enjoy the water. We even caught a few fish. The onsite restaurant was great even had live music. We would love to come back in the summer to bring the grandkids tubing

Best hidden Getaway in the South
It was perfect. The views are beautiful. The house itself is perfect it’s well decorated and everything inside is placed perfectly that it doesn’t feel tiny at all. Everything was very clean. All in all will definitely be staying at this hidden gem again.

Wonderful getaway
The whole stay was wonderful. Nate & Jessica went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The tiny house was the perfect size for two adults, but we plan to bring our kids in the future. We should have booked more days to really enjoy the surroundings more! The grounds were well kept & not too noisy, considering neighbors are all pretty close. You can maintain privacy pretty easily! This is the place to stay for a couple or family that wants a tranquil getaway, with city life at their fingertips.

Fun Stay
We enjoyed our stay in this tiny house. It is beautifully finished and furnished and sits right on the shore of the river. Close enough to downtown Greenville to make it convenient. The host provided a lot of nice touches - free bottle of wine, bottled water on the nightstands, lotions in the bathroom, robes in the closet - which added to the charm. The tiny houses are quite close to each other, so you don't get any privacy when sitting outside, but it was pretty quiet during our stay.

Great Tiny Home Retreat
I did not stay here during the summer, however, the exit from tubing the river is literally right below the tiny homes. The home was clean and exactly as described. Owners were very good with communication and overall couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely be back if I’m in Greenville again!

A Must Book!
This tiny home rental was so clean and decorated nicely. There were so many extra amenities provided. The view of the river is beautiful & so peaceful. We did not want to leave and are already making plans to book again. Everything from start to finish about booking this rental was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The surrounding guests in other rentals were so friendly & we definitely felt safe while staying here. Everything we planned to do was a short drive away & we visited so many places we had never been before. We are so glad we chose to book this rental & hope you do too! You won't regret it!

Great stay - close to everything!
My husband and I brought our two dogs to Greenville for the night for a concert. This tiny home was adorable, the host was so accommodating, and the proximity to great food and drinks was perfect! The views couldn’t be beat either. Despite the rain, we had a great afternoon relaxing with the wine provided by the host and enjoyed watching the rain on the river. The home is in need of some small upgrades. The bed was very worn out and uncomfortable and the bed linens were a little dingy. The bath mat was also a little dirty. We loved our stay, but for the price, I do think it could a bit improved.

Wonderful autumn vacation
The property is fabulous. It's located just west of Greenville (a beautiful city) on the banks of the Saluda river. It is a privately-owned tiny home in a group of other homes in the Saluda Outdoor River Co (closed for the season). The ambience is perfect - string lights draped between trees, fire pits, outdoor seating areas and of course the view is fabulous. The home has everything you need - plus wine! Lots of thoughtful touches.
