Lovely Home
We enjoyed this cute home for our girl’s getaway. The kitchen was well stocked to cook in and we enjoyed the backyard serenity. Would stay again!

Nice, didn’t merit the ridiculous cleaning fee
Place was nice. Hot tub was already heated upon arrival. Everything went smoothly for the most part. Only complaint was that it did not merit the (price redacted) cleaning fee- there was dirt in the shower floor, dishes were sloppily “cleaned,” dust everywhere, missing batteries from TV remote, etc. On top of that, you are asked to strip all the beds, start laundry, clean all the dishes and tidy everything up. I don’t think it’s fair to the next renter to leave the cleanliness of linens and dishes up to the discretion of the previous renter. There’s no way that there’s (price redacted) worth of cleaning and maintenance done between visits.

Overall good stay but properly had roaches
Picture matched the website so you get exactly what you view and lots of other details. Well taken care of and hot tub worked and was clean! Overall great place to stay. Only problem was the first evening we saw roaches. Had to move everything off the cabinet onto the other side. Called first thing the next morning and someone did come spray. Continued to see roaches in other parts of the cabin. Even with all the great features the cabin had to offer the roaches made it VERY DIFFICULT to settle in. Didn’t want to put anything on the floor. Thank goodness we only stayed a couple of nights. I was worried the remainder of the time I was there. There was no other place to stay since it was already Saturday evening and we left first thing Monday. This would not have been ideal for a week stay.

Wonderful Spot!
Just outside of the Broken bow, 20-30 min. My family 5 and I had a great time and had plenty of options for fun and nature. Very clean place and a nice place.

Good communication and property management response, can’t recommend property
While we had some big issues during our stay the communication between property management and owner was good. The owner was very polite and apologetic. Evolve travel handled the resolution very nicely, was quick to reply to emails and apologetic, I never heard back from Vrbo when initially inquiring. According to the owner there is now a plan going forward for rodent control and hopefully thorough hot tub disinfectant /cleaning as every single family member of ours came down with hot tub folliculitis after the stay, which led to doctor visits. Not exactly the stay or post trip experience we had envisioned.

We really enjoyed the whole house, back porch was our favorite spot. Everything was so home like, they even had qtips it's the small things that made it special. There was this blanket that was so amazing I'm buying one for my home. Such a great time. Thank you

From the moment we walked in it was very clean and everything looked so nice. We enjoyed our stay a family of 4 with 2 toddler. They even enjoyed it. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay. Will be back soon.

Clean & Classy cabin!
This was my second time to visit this cabin. But I've been to BB many, many times! The location really couldn't get much better if you are wanting to take in all that the BB area has to offer. 10 min from BB & kayak rentals, 20 min to Hochatown. The owner did an amazing job remodeling. Everything is new with all the character and charm to make you feel at home. The back porch and hot tub were a big hit with us all, too.

Perfect cabin with some awesome owners!
Great spot, close to broken bow or dequeen. You have Lori's within walking distance for anything you might have forgotten in town and it has a deli to order food. The owner and her niece are the sweetest! They took great care of us. Definitely renting again!! The sunsets are amazing on the back deck 🌅

Mini getaway with family
Great house, clean, cute, nicely decorated, everything worked great! Only minusta is I that all restaurants/services are quite the drive away. At the same time, firepit and hot tub are great entertainment at the house.

I cannot say enough positive about our stay in this 3/2 house that was perfect for the 4 of us ladies! We enjoyed it so much we never left the house that weekend. Although we could have easily hopped over to Hochatown or floated the river, we decided to make use of the property, the hot tub and coziness😍

Looks even better in person and close enough to everything
The place was beautiful and looked better in person. Very clean and newly remodeled. The only minor issues I had were the towel racks in the nicer bathroom kept falling down the minute we got there and the yard could use some good grooming. Other than that we had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again. Owner was very responsive to messages as well.

Small Cabin Gem
This was the perfect setup for me and my 4 sisters. We were privileged to be the first guest to stay at this newly renovated home. Everything that we needed was there from pots and pans to toiletries. The owner was very nice and communicated prior to our arrival. The home is placed perfectly if you want to be near the action of Hochatown and Broken Bow, but also a bit off the beaten path. There are some nice conveniences nearby such as Lori’s store for food or snacks, Walmart and Pruetts Grocery store, Pizza Hut, and Domino’s if you don’t choose to bring your own food and cook in as we did. There is a nice deck on the back with a hot tub perfect for evening relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look to return again.
