"There was a Christmas tree and decorations which made the house feel quite festive. The house was very comfortable and warm with plenty of space for the family of 5 adults and a dog. The facilities were a bit mixed - The living room tv was not working but this was sorted quite quickly. The kitchen is great to cook in but could do with another fridge or wine cooler as only a standard under worktop one provided. Not quite enough for lots of food and drinks. Dumfries House is a joy to visit, the Isle of Arran, beautiful, don’t bother taking a car over just use the buses to get right around the island. So many superlatives to use about our week and not one...
