Enjoy your stay at the rustic home built on the old Lakeside Hotel site. This cottage is situated on the west side of Eagles Mere Avenue.

MAIN FLOOR: L shaped porch to an open deck; living room with a wood burning fireplace and sliding glass doors to the deck where you have a picnic table and a gas grill; eat-in kitchen w/Jenn-air range, refrigerator, ultra quiet European dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster; bedroom with a king size bed and a private full bath; 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds and private full baths; laundry closet with a washer and dryer complete the main living quarters.

LOWER LEVEL: Family room with a wood burning fireplace; 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds; full bath. Enjoy your Netflix or Hulu movies/shows, or watch cable on a SmartTV/ DVD.

Fern Hill sleeps up to ten. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets are negotiable for a non-refundable pet fee. Cell phone booster. Wifi is available for Fern Hill, but can not be guaranteed.
