Lakefront -4 acres of private land - 6 Bedrooms - 2 kitchens - Dog Friendly!

Perfect for larger groups or 2 families. Situated between St. Germain and Eagle River is this beautiful and private lake home, with 6 bedrooms and three large bathrooms, located on a 4-acre, with open and wooded landscape. Chain Lake is part of the famous Sugar Camp Chain of Lakes, which also provides Class A Musky fishing. Other accessible lakes include Echo, Dam Lake, Sand Lake, Stone Lake, and Chain Lake – comprising 2,300 acres of water ways. Our property has 140 feet of private shoreline, sandy beachfront and gradual deepening of the water for non-weedy swimming.
The cottage has a master suite and 2 other bedrooms on the main floor. 1 king bed, full, and bunk bed (1 queen on bottom and 1 twin above). 2 full baths on main level. Lower level has 3 bedrooms - 1 queen, 1 full and twin and another full and twin. Lower level also has second full kitchen and full bath. Both kitchens are completely stocked and we also have a washer and dryer for your use. We have a lovely wrap around deck with patio set and a large gas grill! Huge yard for fun family games and very large fire-pit area! Not to mention raspberry patches for you to enjoy! This home is a great retreat for all family members - including your pets if you have them. Dogs just love how much land they have to run and play on!
This property is set up perfectly for two families to share or one family to spread out. Please note that this cabin is not solely income property. It is our treasured family cabin so we do have personal items neatly tucked away in closets or out in the open for everyone to enjoy!

Family time

CHAIN LAKE STAY
This location fit the needs of our family. We had 8 individuals , and had extra room. Nice lake frontage , and no steps to the water, very nice.

Great House and Views
We had a great time--the house was great--the deck was very nice. Great view. Our only negative would be that we are all seniors and it was a bit lengthy to carry our stuff from the parking to the house which would prevent us from returning.

Great Family Get Away

Great getaway
This cabin is absolutely wonderful for small groups! There is lots of space, really cozy and Maureen is so nice and accommodating - we had an absolutely wonderful time and would love to visit again.

Perfect Christmas family getaway!
Our family of 10 and the doggos had a wonderful stay over Christmas! Despite the below zero temps we were warm and toasty, the kitchen was very well stocked to prepare our holiday meals and the beds were super comfy! Couldn’t have asked for a better cabin or host!

Great Family Getaway

Chain lake is really nice, Eagles flying and birds. We heard Whippoorwill's every night by the fire. We went thru to the other lakes and that was really scenic.

Great house for a large group
We had plenty of room for our group. We had family from Iowa, Chicago & AZ here. The beds were comfortable & the view of the lake is great- yes it’s still beautiful iced over!! Host was great, easy to contact!! Definitely recommend!

Perfect cabin for a group of people. Secluded, on the lake and an upstairs and downstairs kitchen.
Group of five stayed at the cabin for a snowmobiling trip. The property was perfect to get to the trails. We also had a dog that loved all the area she could run around in. So quiet since the property sits back away from the road and is not close to other homes. Fantastic winter getaway.

Outstanding vacation property
This was our first snowmobiling get-away in this area and I would highly recommend it. The house is spacious with a nice family feel. With 6 bedrooms and 2 kitchens you can easily accommodate more than one family and/or plenty of friends. We enjoyed the local supper clubs - great food! The trails were great and very close. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect for a family reunion

Eagle River Family Vacation
We had a great experience at this cabin. It was clean and big enough for our whole family. Maureen was great with communication and so welcoming. We stayed for a family vacation and everyone had fun. The beach area was great for the kids. There were even kayaks we were able to use. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the north woods!

Wonderful home and great setting!
We stayed for a snowmobile trip with 7 adults. It was a great house with plenty of room for everyone. Also plenty of room for the dogs to run around. Maureen was great to deal with and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. Would recommend for multiple couples or large families.

Great place for a family trip, plenty of room with an open floor plan was exactly what we were looking for. We had 8 with us ranging in age from 22 - 62, as well as two dogs. Every single person enjoyed the stay. Could not be any happier as to how it turned out.
