"Such a good location! We loved the fact that we parked when we checked in and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. There was a minor hiccup at check-in (accidentally gave us the wrong room number) and they were so apologetic & even brought us a treat later that night to apologize again. "Loved our stay here! Beautiful location right next to the river and the greenbelt. Our family loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. Only downside was the housekeeping staff left garbage with chewed gum from another room on the desk in our room - kind of gross."

"We were able to bring our dogs, which was a plus. We found the room clean and comfortable. Their breakfast is good with several options. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants, a mall and other specialty stores. "

"Property is located in a good spot in downtown Boise. Walking distance to much of the nightlife downtown. The staff was not as friendly as they could have been, but still helpful. Shower had a crack in tile, as did the toilet. For a hotel of this caliber I would expect a little better."

"Much better than other hotels in the area at comparable price point. Just a 5-10 minute drive to downtown. If you're trying to decide between this and Extended Stay America - choose this one. We've stayed at both and this was better."

"Staff is friendly. Check in was effortless. I used the online pre check-in. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool/hot tub was clean. There is automatically a 12pm check out making it perfect as my meeting wasn't until 1pm. On line check-out was easy."

"We were pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was. However, there was some trash left over in our room. I am sure it was just an oversight. I contacted the manager via text and it was taken care of straight away. The staff here take great pride in customer service. I loved that it was like a home with a kitchen, fridge, and stove top. It was easy to park and come and go as we pleased. Only one of our nights was noisy, but in a hotel it is kinda expected I guess. "
