"My three adult sons and I needed an emergency basecamp for several days of hunting in western Kansas and the O'bryan's cabin was the perfect setup and location. We were originally planning to stay in central Kansas but a winter storm bearing down on that area forced a change of plans. The cabin is the perfect combination of peaceful farm/ranch country reprieve while being proximate to the town of Lamar, CO. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Highly recommend."

"This is hands-down, our favorite staycation. We use it to ease into to the higher elevations in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. Las Animas it’s not a fancy town, but we’re not looking for that. They have created an amazing oasis of creativity and relaxation and a way for my husband and I to spread out a little bit and relax. They even share their produce with us! We’ve stayed here twice and most certainly will return."
