However, if you're utilizing their transportation service, make sure you know the location of it well. The transport from the airport I had arranged dropped me off at an entirely different area of the city, insisted that the hotel I was looking for was nearby, and by the time I realized he was lying had already driven away. Thankfully the clerk at another hotel nearby was kind enough to call another taxi for me."
