This mid-century house has been renovated and is now a large modernised, spacious home, whilst retaining its mid-century charm.
Your base line booking provides sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The 4th King Bedroom plus walk-in robe is available for an ADDITIONAL fee, giving you sleeping for up to 8 guests in total. 1 full bathroom with indoor toilet, plus a recently added 2nd separate toilet, a huge gourmet kitchen, 2 living areas to provide more space for larger groups, plus a separate Games Room with Soccer Foosball table, and large covered outdoor deck, barbecue and outdoor gas heater.

Birdlife abounds in this region.. wrens, robins, cockatoos to name a few. Kangaroos can be seen frequently in the forest. Dwellingup is also a place to relax from the stresses of modern living. The town has a very good café, wineries nearby, a community run hotel and several craft centres. Lane Pool Reserve is nearby for canoeing or paddling and swimming. There is an Outdoor Adventure shop in town where bikes and canoes can be hired, or guided tours can be arranged for cycling and paddling activities.
The house has Reverse-Cycle Airconditioning throughout, plus a very efficient Evaporative Cooling system for summer. Wintery evenings can be spent beside the cosy log fire.
There is plenty of space to share with large groups or multigenerational gatherings of up to 8 guests maximum.

The property is fully fenced, and overlooks State forest, on the outskirts of Dwellingup.
