"Property filthy owner says it was cleaned but it wasn't everything was covered in mice poo, dead bugs, stained, broken, pool unclean, access terrible, chairs filthy bathrooms disgusting, bedding not fit, curtains all stained, broken cooker, no gas for 5 days, poor communication with owner very dismissive, half the house unusable due to broken furniture et. Faulty electrics. Unsafe patio all chipped and not suitable for children. House in disrepair, go through floor boards, terrible smell of dead vermin under kitchen floorboards. Fridge dirty. Photos to prove. 2nd kitchen not usable no gas, filthy, broken electrics, no curtains in some room, bare bulbs, the list is endless"

"Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so my reservation through hotels.com was not valid. After I booked, even though I had already rented a car and made all of the plans to go...the hotel contacted me to tell me they were fully booked but had not updated that information on hotels.com. It was very disappointing..."
