"This is a budget hotel so amenities are minimal and space is limited. That said, if you are out on the lake all day and want a very clean room with good AC, hot water in the shower and new, firm mattresses at a nice price, you can't go wrong here."

"Our stay was great. Kitchen provided all the seating space our large family needed and all the cooking amenities as well. The house was very roomy with plenty of outdoor space to relax after a day of activities. Location was good. we were able to do off road adventures, hike, horseback riding, paddle board, kayak, and fish. Our host was readily available if any needs arose. we would stay at this property again."

"Our family LOVED our stay in the RockHaus in Vernal, UT! We (grandparents) brought our daughters/sons-in-law and 4 grandsons out West to tour our amazing National Parks - from VA, we visited family in SLC then traveled up to Bear Lake ID, Jackson/Yellowstone and left Dinosaur National Monument for the pinnacle of fun! Our family fit well in the 3 bedroom, the bunk room was a hit! Our RV and 15 passenger van had no problem parking in the open/expansive driveway areas - and the gazebo overlooking the valley and trail up to rockside with petroglyphs was a memory we will not soon forget! The hosts were so helpful with suggestions for the family (we wish we could have stayed here the whole week!) I do not think we realized that the lower level was still in renovation, and the spiral staircase to that level required our creativity to move a cocktail table and block off our almost 2yr old grandson. The eat-in kitchen fit all of us for dining and card games. My husband appreciated the big TV for catching an Orioles game at the end of a busy day! - We would HIGHLY recommend this home for those considering a Vernal visit - and suggest staying at least for an extended weekend or weeklong visit to be sure to enjoy it even more thoroughly! "A lovely, well kept, quiet property with wonderful hosts. We enjoyed a fire and cooked on the grill in the evenings. The location is close to 2 boat launch areas that make boating very convenient. We'll be back!"

"This was a great property for our large group. We had several vehicles and two boats, so the large parking area was super helpful. The beds were comfortable, the cooling system was great, and the kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Communication with the hosts/owners was easy and they were responsive to any question we had. This is our first choice when we come back. "
