"The location is fantastic, just minutes from multiple tram and bus lines and across the street from a supermarket. We loved being in the center of the shopping district and only a short walk from numerous restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet with a great view of the Grote Kerk. Was nice to have a fridge and cooking facilities. There are ample shared washers and dryers which is appreciated. "

"Super convenient location across Leeuwarden train station. It is a small boutique style hotel. I loved the Nespresso machine and the daily capsules complimentary refill, also nice emptied mini-fridge for use and kettle. Room was large and very clean. My room had an outdoor terrace but the view are not nice as they overlook vents and tubes from the restaurant next door. Heating worked perfectly fine. "

"Not really a hotel problem, but something was happening outside in the market every night Into the late hours of the night. I stayed here multiple times in the past, this was the first time the outside noise kept me awake. Otherwise clean and very friendly."

"I have stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed it each time. This time unfortunately there was a problem with the Hotel not having Hot Water for 3 / 4 days and this meant that Hot showers were not available. There was also another minor problem with the Fire Alarm going off at 4.30am one, this is turned out to be a false alarm, and this was dealt with by the Management and Staff without any great fuss.
