Nice place
Nice hotel and close to the airport. We only stayed a night. I didn't book the breakfast option, therefore nothing much to say. I love the hotel Deco.

No help with luggage. Staff just pointed to a half broken dolly. Very old building. Hasn’t been properly renovated in a long time. In the family room, a door came off after my 18 months old son pulled on it.

Was good but not a “renaissance”
It was a good overall experience but concerning the value of money , everything had an extra charge (breakfast, parking and even the WiFi ) and the hotel decoration and renovation was not on the level of “renaissance hotels” , I’ve tried renaissance in different cities and the one in Düsseldorf was not up to the standards of the renaissance inside and outside the room

Good Hotel
We enjoyed the hotel very much. The rooms were modern and clean. Also, the beds were comfortable. Elif was very pleasant during check-in. She answered all of our questions and was very nice to us. I highly recommend this hotel is you are passing through Dusseldorf.

One last minute stay which turned out to be great. I was disappointed by the area though.

I paid $168 for a room. I was in a hurry. I did not notice that there's no internet and no breakfast included. Internet was additional €12 per day and €26 for breakfast. Parking was expensive too. I will not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel extortionate food & drink
The hotel was well located for our needs, the Hotel & room were clean and tidy. We didn’t eat at the hotel as the prices were extortionate €27 for a set breakfast is ridiculous. The drinks in the bar were no better, 2 beers & 2 gins were $55. That is the only thing that put me off and for that reason I would not stop there again

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. The staff was great, the room was nice though a little dated. The food and drink was exceptional. I was willing to pay the price for the room and food because it was an expensed trip on my company, but I would look for cheaper alternatives for personal travel.

Great hotel. Hard to find. :)
Everything was first class. Room was quiet, bed was a proper North American king size. Restaurant was superb. We drove a rental and the hotel was a bit hard to find. Miust have gone around in circles 3 times. Turn right at the street just past the Shell gas station. It is a small sign on your left partially hidden by vines. The building looks like an office building. Would for sure stay again.

Clean and Comfortable
This hotel was very clean and had a friendly staff. There were 4 of us and the room size was perfect. the breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a lot of variety. It was close to the tram so easy to hop on and get to downtown or even the new city section. My only complaint is that the air conditioning couldn't keep up. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel!
We were in the hotel for just one night to catch our plane. The hotel was quiet and had a nice bar. The service crew was kind and had great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. We had no need to call a cab as they were ready outside the hotel. The cab ride to Old Town will cost at least 15 Euros one way.
