Ideally situated for the Christmas Markets. Friendly efficient staff. Easy checking. Breakfast was a bonus. Refreshed and refilled regularly.

I will never come back to this hotel.
Room is situated next to the train station. We requested for a change and it was arranged immediately. They then took some time to make the second bed for us. We came back later and the bed was ready but there is not enough towels for shower. We called the reception and was told that they are waiting for the laundry to arrive. The towels came around 11pm and that was very late for us. Lastly the internet is almost useless. My whole family is connected but couldn’t even load Facebook page.

Great hotel. Arrived early morning, room ready straight away. Booked twin room as double not available, emailed requesting a double, replied saying they will not know if one is available until the day, request fulfilled. Staff friendly and helpful. Only tip is to go down to breakfast later as it gets busy early. Great location, short walk to all the main shops. Would book again.

Very clean, neat, polite, helpful,overall very good. Only issue was no phone worked on the whole floor.Equipment problem and slow to fix.But they let us use front desk phone for no charge which sort of made up for problem.
