No issues with the property but had to ask for coffees and milk for the room as they werent replenished daily.Area near the hotel didnt inspire confidence at night but had no issues during our 4 nights there.Not the cleanest German city and we have been to a few but still enjoyed our time there.

Stayed here for 3 nights while in town for the Euros. Originally booked for 2 nights but added a third once we got there and they were very accommodating! The front desk was very friendly and offered suggestions for sightseeing. I believe the hotel was fully booked but it was super quiet, I couldn’t tell that anyone else was staying on our floor. The room was a good size and the kitchenette was useful. Very walkable to train station, restaurants, nice coffee shop, and not too far from old town area. Felt self late at night. Only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t super strong in the room, but I may not have set it correctly.

Lovely staff
A nicer room than in the picture, which was a pleasant surprise. The people on reception were incredibly helpful and very lovely. There was some noise outside my room in the night but I think this was another guest, which can't be helped.

Great option in the center
Great staff. Fully equipped kitchen. Good bed and temperature. Windows have great sound insulation. The only thing is missing - washing machine. There was also some old carpet smell but overall I would definitely come back.

Near by Dusseldorf HBF. Studio type that was very spacious you can place luggage anywhere, and had everything required. Modern and clean bathroom. Just wish the heated dry rack worked though.

Accomodatie was netjes, personeel ook vriendelijk. Had alleen wel een uitgebreidde ontbijt verwacht. Zeker niet de 4kante plakjes kaas door midden gesneden. Normaal plakje ham in 4 stukjes gesneden, geen gebakken spek ( helemaal geen spek) wat juist net het extra geeft bij roerei. Zalm ook in ieniminie stukjes 1x2 cm a 2x 2 cm. Serveer het dan liever niet. Had ook liever div soorten gekookte ei gezien, er stond er geen bordje bij hard/zacht/midden gekookt, ze waren na openen alle zacht gekookt. Dat viel niet bij iedereen in de smaak. Hagelslag had ook lekker geweest, stond alleen Jam. En stukjes brie enzo. Maar alles was wel erg klein/weinig. En voor veel mensen hoefden het nou ook weer niet, kleine eetruimte en waren nog tafels over. Cappuccino erg slap niet echt Cappuccino smaak uit de automaat, maar dat is persoonlijk een ander vindt het misschien wel lekker. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding eten niet terecht
