Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Einmal und nie wieder
Einmal und nie wieder. Nach Ankunft gegen 22 Uhr bei ca. 8Grad Außentemperatur die Heizung im Zimmer und Bad voll eingeschalten, Putzfrau hatte Fenster offen gelassen. Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel gehören sehr dringend renoviert. Nach Rückkehr vom Essen ins Hotel gegen 23 Uhr Zimmer immernoch eiskalt, Heizung lauwarm. Gesamte Nacht blieb das so. Morgens den stinkenden und verdreckten Fön entdeckt, und der Duschkopf war so verkalkt dass nur ein Rinnsal rauskam. Tiefgarage kostenpflichtig und direkt gegenüber. Personal nett, aber das bringt bei der Erfahrung leider auch nichts mehr. Wie gesagt: einmal und nie wieder!
