Everything was good except the service as nobody is available in the building to listen to your problems. The only person Roshan doesn't pick up the phone. I have been charged twice and nobody is replying me as how I will get my money back. It's a very bad experience while using your service. I am still waiting for a confirmation of my money.

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Ausstattung aller erste Sahne. Die Kommunikation bedarf sehr viel Verbesserung. Die Auskunft der Schlüsselübergabe zog sich sehr lang hin und wir mussten mehrmals Kontakt aufnehmen. Noch 2 Stunden vor Fahrtantritt mussten wir telefonieren und eine Zeit setzen damit wir überhaupt wussten wo der Schlüssel abzuholen ist. Das war sehr nervig. Dann hat es endlich geklappt.

Dieses Appartment nutzte ich als Geschaeftsreisender. Es ist sehr gross mit 2 Doppelbetten und einer ausziebaren Couch fuer 2 weitere Personen. Auch die Kueche und Badezimmer sind gross. und mit schoenen Fliessen oder Parkettboden. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr einfach ausgeruestet. Ein grosser Fernseher im Wohn/Kuechenbereich. In den Schlafzimern, einses davon ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Ausser dem Bett befindet sich nichts im einem und im zweiten noch ein Schrank halb vom Bett verdeckt. In einer Abstellkammer sind Glasreste eines Tisches oder groesseren Glasobjektes gelagert. Die Sauberkeit laesst zu wuenschen uebrig. Unter der Couch eine gebrauchte Wasserflasche mit alten Keksen. Der Kuehlschrank riecht und sollte gruendlich gereinigt werden. Die Spuelmaschiene hat innen Schimmel oder andere Flecken. In der Kueche sind meist 6 Glaeser, Teller und auch reichlich Toepfe etc. vorhanden. Im Bad ist weder Duschbad noch Creme etc. vorhanden.

기본서비스가 엉망입니다 -방위치와 전화응대등
방번호도 없습니다.위치도 잘못가르쳐주고 영어못하면 이용굉장히 힘듭니다. 와이파이도 고장나고 되는것도 없고 전화를 잘안받습니다. 열쇠는 근처 호텔에서 받는데 미리 공지하지않습니다.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut, ich bitte aber die Geschäfts-Führung in ihr web Seite zu erwähnen das keine Rezeption existiert in Düsseldorf, den Schlüssel muss man sich 100m weiter im Mercury Hotel Abholen, Wlan befriedigend , TV unbefriedigend .

Geen receptie om in te checken. Kregen verkeerde appartement, na bellen met Expedia, toch geregeld. Appartementen waren niet om 15uur schoon maar om 18uur. Beetje rare situatie allemaal. Niet echt lekker aan komen. Gelukkig scheen de zon.

Schönes CityApartment mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Allerdings lässt die Organisation in diesem Hotel zu wünschen übrig. Mehrere Anrufe mit dem Hotel waren nötig um alle wichtigen Infos zum Check In , Zimmerschlüssel, Check Out etc. klären zu können.

Apartment mit Küchenzeile, geräumigen Bad, bequemes Bed, simpler Wohn- Essbereich. Gute Busanbindung, problemlos und schnell vom Hauptbahnhof mit dem Bus zu erreichen, Düsseldorf Messe einfach und schnell mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Kleinere Supermärkte in der näheren Umgebung schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Umgebung allgemein als ruhig empfunden, kleine Cafés und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Freundlicher Mitarbeiter der leider vergessen hatte uns die Daten fürs Wlan noch vorbei zu bringen.

Hallo, das Zimmer an Sich war ok nur diese 2 Sachen haben mich geärgert: 1. Das Zimmer war f. 4 Personen gebucht leider gab es nur 2 Stühle für das Esstisch. 2. Beim Reservieren keine hat was gesagt dass der Aufzug Außer betrieb war. Allein oder zu zweit hätte ich kein Probleme damit aber mit Zwei kleinen Kinder + Kinderwagen.
