"Location was nice right off of hwy 70. The hotel is under remodel construction and considering this was really overall clean & contained. Our room was remodeled. No carpet, waterproof wood flooring which is really nice. The beds, oh boy, the beds I'm pretty sure are new BUT they are low quality hard and springs were noisy bc of our weight, I think. It was supposed to be 2 queens but they were more like 2 doubles, which didn't really work well for us. My son & husband are 6'9 & 6'7 and my dtr...

"My stay once again was great. On this occasion my room #139 was a little better than the last one, but the room door didn’t close properly. You were able to see thru the door to the hallway. I did tell management and the lady said she was going to go and look at the door and she never went. Also the bathtub was leaking water and nothing was done about that either. "We loved staying with Darcy! The cottage was a great size for two people. We enjoyed cooking meals, watching cable TV, and soaking in the hot tub. Charlie and Mem were sweethearts and greeted us only after we made an appearance. Downtown was an easy walk. We ran into Darcy during check-in, and she offered us a tour which we took: having a walk through with the amenities and space was so helpful. We talked about staying here again. 10/10."

"We stayed for the weekend to visit Chico state. The location was superb and we had access to everything. The home is so well kept, very warm and inviting. The hosts thought of everything, including white noise machines in each room. Check in and out was so easy. We'll be back."

"The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos provided. The host was very quick to respond to my questions. We arrived a little earlier than our check in time, I asked the host if we could get in early. The host was quick to respond and allowed us early access, which was very appreciated. The beds and furniture was very comfortable. I will definitely rent this house next time we are in town. Great experience."
