We walked to the lovely store down the hill for coffee and breakfast sandwiches and spent time in nearby Portsmouth. I would absolutely stay here again"

"Maple Moon Farm is perfectly historic and you can tell within 5 minutes of meeting him that the owner of the farm, Frank, loves history and loves his property.Check in was easy, and communication with Frank was spectacular. He was responsive to all messages I sent him.The icing on the cake was the tour of the farm and sugar house which turned into a great educational experience. If you like historic buildings and all the quirks that come with them then this is the place stay. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great time staying here with all of the spa amenities. Massage chair is very nice, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were a great. King bed was comfy and shower was very nice. Heated bathroom floor is awesome. Host was wonderful and accommodating. Typically we look for more private stays but this was definitely worth the change up. "

"This is a charming 400-year-old farmhouse that has been well-loved and is perfect for hosting large get togethers. While it has been updated over the years, most of the original layout remains intact. There are lots of rules, but none are unreasonable, and there is a lot to know simply because it is a very large, historic home. This house feels warm and welcoming. "This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Free Parking lot in the rear of the hotel for easy access was a bonus. It is an easy, walkable distance from shopping, restaurants and the music hall. The room was cute, with lots of personality. Wonderful shower and awesome bathroom toiletries. Amazing friendly staff and the best continental breakfast we have ever had. Highly Recommend"
