"Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool."

"Restorant overcrowded, no tables to seat, another guest picked up an apple from our table, threw at somebody, the staff just watched this unfolds. This is not a negative comment for the hotel but rather the behavior of some of the guests there"

"There were problems from the beginning.Nobody to help with the luggage.Rude staff,especially the manager of the hotel.I made reservation for Amelia superior,which is four stars.The food in Amelia restaurant is one star.Awful.The room is good,spacious,but not verry clean.For all our stay they did not clean our shower cabin.I bought a bath cleaner and clean it myself.After we made a complaint,they moved our breakfast and dinner in four stars restaurant Flamingo grand.And suddenly after our...

"My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. It’s been a great experience, benefiting from an all inclusive package. The room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities. We enjoyed good food, beverages, private beach, beautiful pool, inner yard with private parking, entertainment at night. With other words everything checked out, and will consider booking this hotel complex again next time we visit Romania in the summer."

"Dette hotel er slet ikke et 4 stjernet hotel. Først og fremmest havde vi bestilt et værelse med udsigt til havet. Dog fik vi et værelse med udsigten til skov og klipper. Havet kunne kun ses meget lidt hvis man gik ud på terrassen. Derudover var værelserne ikke rene. Der var edderkoppespind og døde myrer indenfor. Det værste var, at selve toilettet var meget urent. "Rooms are not cleaned (maybe once a week) Rooms are very small and old facilities are not good. At first day my wife was locke in shower and couldn't get out and since there is no emergency call buzzer or phone in shower she needed ask help from other guests. At breakfast you need to wait for about 15 minutes in line in order to get puncakes and food itself was very low quality. Pool is relatevly good and not very crowded. "Tv dont have hdmi socket for our amazon fire stick, that was litteraly our only problem, we assumed they would have as they had flat screen tvs. So we was unable to watch anything of an evening."
