Beautiful location between historic Durango, Co. and the famous Purgatory ski resort. Large master bedroom suite plus 2 other bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and hot tub overlooking the valley. 10 mi to Purgatory ski resort. Ski and come home to a great hot tub with a view. Great restaurants in town or near by. The famous Trimble Hot springs is minutes away. Enjoy your morning coffee in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful Animas valley. Zip up to the Mountain to hit the slopes or buzz into town to enjoy downtown Durango. This home is in the perfect spot to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Absolutely beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere . The beds were very comfortable. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Owners very responsive to any questions we had. Me and my family had Thanksgiving there and everyone was comfortable and we had a great holiday together. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Beautiful view of mountains and trees from deck
Freshly remodeled open concept, well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed cooking most meals at home in the kitchen and on the grill. Easy to use, clean hot tub with great views of the mountains. Very clean home. Will definitely return.
